The Data Controller is WayUp S.r.l. (brand Sequel Consulting), with registered office at Via Luigi Pirandello 29, 84085 Mercato San Severino (SA), VAT no. 06251660657, REA SA-508902, represented by its legal representative pro tempore. For any request regarding personal data, please write to [email protected].
Categories of data processed
- Contact data: first name, last name, email address, company name and the content of messages submitted through the Site’s forms (Contact, report requests from the free tools, alert subscriptions) or through a third-party AI assistant connected to our agent connectors (see “Third-party providers”).

Assessment scores are calculated in your browser and are not stored unless you submit the form.

| Delivering the report or materials requested through the free tools | Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b) |
| Managing job applications | Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b) |
| Sending email alerts about Google updates, if you subscribe | Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a) |
| Sending communications and marketing materials | Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a) |
| Statistical analysis and site improvement | Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) |
| Site security and abuse prevention (anti-bot verification) | Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) |
| Legal compliance | Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) |
Consent to marketing is optional, requested through a dedicated, separate checkbox in every form, and may be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected]. As proof of consent we keep a record of form submissions (date, form used, contact data and the marketing choice expressed), stored in an area not accessible from the web.
Retention periods
Data is retained for the period necessary for the stated purposes; marketing data until consent is withdrawn; job applications for a maximum of 24 months; the consent record for the period required by law as proof of compliance; browsing data according to the timeframes set out in the Cookie Policy.
Third-party providers
Form messages are delivered through our hosting provider’s mail server, with no external intermediaries. We also use providers that may process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (content delivery network, security, Turnstile anti-bot verification, consent management and the infrastructure of our agent connectors at api.sequel.consulting), Google (aggregate usage statistics), OneSignal (push notifications, only with prior consent). Any transfers outside the EEA take place in compliance with Arts. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
If you choose to contact us through a third-party AI assistant (for example ChatGPT by OpenAI or Claude by Anthropic) or through our agent connectors (MCP server and API), the data you provide to that assistant passes through the relevant service, under its own privacy policies, before reaching us by email; Sequel then processes it under this notice. Those services are chosen and used by you and are not controlled by Sequel.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Arts. 15–22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to [email protected], and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
